On Sundays, the young people of secondary school age meet with the adults for a time of open worship, then go to their own room for a more in-depth approach to Christianity. We explore themes and subjects relevant to today’s teenagers, using the latest Youth-focussed materials. There’s drama, games, DVD’s and discussion to make learning fun.
Our aim is to stimulate young people to meet God and involve God in their everyday lives – we hope to equip them and provide support so they can make right choices and enjoy Christian life on into adulthood.
Youthzone also encourages our young people to have regular social activities and days out together, along with a regular programme of sport every other Friday evening.
