• We value experiencing God's presence as we worship Him together.
• We value teaching from the Bible, making it relevant to life.
• We value children and youth, providing a safe, stimulating environment where they will be taught separately from the adults.
• We value all visitors, wanting them to feel welcomed and helping them to share our vision.
• We invite you to stay at the end for tea/coffee and chat.
These are designed to supplement the corporate Sunday meeting by having groups with an emphasis of fellowship, applying teaching, discovering and growth in gifting, and pastoral care for one another.
They are safe places to hold more intimate worship, grow together and care for one another in a smaller community -
At present, we have groups in Upminster and South Ockendon.
On Sundays, the children meet with the adults for a time of open worship, then go into groups for their own age, for about 45 minutes.
All our children’s work leaders and helpers are trained and CRB checked under our Child Protection Policy and we actively encourage all church members to be CRB registered.
It is our aim to provide all children with a safe, happy environment, where they can learn more about God, and have a lot of fun doing so with materials and teaching appropriate for their age group.
If you want to introduce your children to some excellent Christian teaching, why not bring them along to church, and stay for the meeting yourself?
A crèche environment for pre-
Minikidz allows the parents of young children to enjoy the church meeting, knowing that their little ones are enjoying a happy play time with an introduction to Jesus through stories, games, singing and toys.
Parents are of course also welcome to stay whilst settling their children into Minikidz
On Sunday mornings the youth of second school age have their own teaching programme for about 45 minutes after the main worship.
We explore themes and relevant subjects, using youth focused materials, and Bible based discussion. Our aim is for the young people to meet and grow in God, involving Him in their everyday lives, so they can make good lifestyle choices as they mature into adulthood.
On Friday evenings, they get together for a mixture of ‘Life Group style’ meetings, (similar to the adults) or relaxed social events, usually involving food and games.
These are 2 classes that cater for children of primary school age, with a mixture of Bible stories, games and craft activities for the 5-
